Shipping and returns. Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property. All content on this store, including text, images, and logos, is owned by SIERRA VITALIS WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to access it unlawfully, or resell our products without authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIERRA VITALIS WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products.
