Refund policy

Your well-being comes first, and we want every order to be a good experience.

As a general policy, we do not accept returns on consumable products. This protects the health and safety of every customer who receives them.

Defective or incorrect orders. If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, email us at contact@sierravitalis.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, including the product label showing the lot number and expiration date. We will gladly review it and put it right, which in these cases means a replacement sent to you at no cost. You do not need to ship anything back.

Refunds. In most cases, once a product has left our facility, we are unable to offer a refund. For a defective or incorrect order, our resolution is a free replacement as described above.
