Cancellation policy

This policy applies to subscription, or Subscribe and Save, orders, managed through Shopify Subscriptions.

How subscriptions work. When you start a subscription, you choose a delivery frequency of every 30 days or every 60 days, and you authorize Sierra Vitalis to charge your payment method on file automatically at the discounted subscriber price shown at checkout, in US dollars, on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at your chosen frequency. We send order and renewal information to your email for each upcoming cycle.

You choose your commitment. There is no mandatory lock-in. You select the delivery frequency and plan that suit you when you subscribe, and you stay in control of it from there.

Managing and cancelling. You can cancel, pause, skip, or change your frequency at any time from your account, or by emailing contact@sierravitalis.com. To skip or change a cycle, make the change before that cycle's processing date.

Effect of cancellation. Cancellation stops future charges and shipments. Orders already processed or shipped for the current cycle are fulfilled and handled under our Return and refund policy.

Refunds. We do not offer refunds on subscription orders. A defective or incorrect item is replaced free of charge under our Return and refund policy.
