We currently ship within the United States only.
Free standard shipping on all US orders.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Orders ship from our US fulfillment network.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier conditions. If a shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@sierravitalis.com and we will make it right.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
Returns and Refunds
Your wellbeing comes first, and we want every order to be a good experience.
As a general policy, we do not accept returns on consumable products. This protects the health and safety of every customer who receives them.
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, email us at contact@sierravitalis.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, including the product label showing the lot number and expiration date. We will resolve this with a free replacement; no return required
In most cases, once a product has left our facility we are unable to offer a refund. For a defective or incorrect order, our resolution is a free replacement as described above.
