Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Orders ship from our US fulfillment network.

Delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier conditions. If a shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@sierravitalis.com and we will make it right.

Address accuracy. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, and any reship fees are the customer's responsibility.
