What makes Sierra Vitalis different from other supplement brands?
We formulate around mechanisms, not marketing. Every ingredient we use has a documented physiological role, is in its most bioavailable form, and is dosed to clinical relevance, not label minimums. We also publish our reasoning. If you want to understand why something is in our formula, we'll tell you.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently tested for purity and potency. We do not release product that hasn't been verified by a third-party laboratory.
Are your products cGMP certified?
Yes. All Sierra Vitalis products are manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility in the United States.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Our capsules are vegetarian. Please check individual product pages for full ingredient and allergen information.
Do your products contain artificial colours, flavours, or fillers?
No. We formulate clean-label products. No artificial colours, no unnecessary binders, no proprietary blends that hide dosing.
Dosing and Usage

When is the best time to take these supplements?
Magnesium Glycinate is best taken in the evening, as it supports sleep and nervous system relaxation. Vitamin D3+K2 is fat-soluble and best taken with a meal containing healthy fats. Biotin can be taken at any time, with or without food.
Can I take all three products together?
Yes. Our three products are designed to work as a foundational stack and are safe to take together. If you are on prescription medication or have a health condition, consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen.
How long before I notice a difference?
Micronutrient repletion takes time. Most people notice meaningful changes in sleep quality, energy, and cognitive clarity within 4 to 8 weeks of consistent use. We recommend a minimum 90-day commitment to assess full effect.

How does the subscription work?
Subscribe and save 15% on every order. You choose your delivery frequency, every 1 month or every 2 months. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account page. No lock-ins.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Log into your account, go to Manage Subscriptions, and cancel before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All US orders ship free.

Are supplements regulated in the United States?
Dietary supplements are regulated by the FDA under DSHEA (the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act). They are not required to be approved by the FDA before sale, which is why third-party testing matters. Sierra Vitalis independently verifies every batch.
